Shalom Center offers individual counseling for seminarians, ordained ministers, and men and women religious. Providing professional support to those seeking wellness and personal growth is an integral part of our ministry.
   Our fully credentialed clinical staff is available to help individuals address a variety of concerns related to personal life, interpersonal relationships, and ministry. Everyone who seeks our services is treated with the utmost respect and strict confidentiality.    
   Shalom Center also offers monthly priest support groups. Each group consists of no more than eight priests and focuses on the spiritual, ministerial, and personal growth of each participant. Areas that may arise within the group include the strengths and challenges of ministry, stress, staff conflict, intimacy and celibacy, spiritual growth, transitions and changes in assignments, Pastor–Parochial Vicar relationships,
and maintaining a healthy and balanced life.
   Shalom Center staff is also available to provide workshops for priests, deacons, seminarians, and religious communities on topics such as boundaries, sexuality, stress, and conflictmanagement. An essential part of our mission is helping ministers and religious men and women cultivate healthy, joyful, and effective lives.
